A letter of complain

Dear Sir or Madam,

We have just arrived from Wales where we have spent two weeks after winning grand prize in your English language contest. We are writing to inform you of our unpleasant experiences during our stay.

First of all, there was no one at the airport to meet us and we had a hard time locating the hotel on our own.

The hotel was also not a 5-Star Hotel as you have stated in your letter, but a simple bed and breakfast, and we were charged for our lunch and dinner.

As for the English lessons, the school was an hour and thirty minutes by subway outside Wales so we didn't bother to attend after the first day. We would also like to let you know that the pocket money we have received was not sufficient.

Lastly, you promised us a tour guide to show around Wales, but all we were given was a guide book of Wales.

My apology for complaining so much, but the whole experience was very upsetting.
