Talking about a book

The book I'm reading at the moment is fascinating. It's called "The Home Seekers," and it's about a family who lives in Cleveland. It was written by Rosanna Prysler, who has been writing her own autobiography. It's over seven hundred pages, which put me off starting it for a long time. The name of the main character is Pamela Klien, whose mother was a popular sculptor. Pamela was married with four children, but the man she really loved died in an accident. The children, who are grown up when the story takes place, are all very different. The thing that I admired most was the portrayal of the roles.
